Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to schedule an appointment and will be applied to your balance after your final session.

Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Your deposit will not be refunded, applied to a different service, or transferred to another client for any reason.
If you do not reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance or you do not show up at all, your deposit will be forfeited. Should you need to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
Deposits expire within 90 days unless prior arrangements have been made with your artist.
Rescheduling your appointment more than three times will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling, often requiring a new deposit.
